2 1/2 cups cubed cooked corned beef
1 16 oz. jar sauerkraut – drained
2 cups (8 oz total) shredded swiss cheese
2 cups (8 oz. total) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup real mayo
Snack rye bread
Combine first five ingredients in slow cooker and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for three hours. Stir occasionally.
Serve on snack rye bread.
Makes 5 cups.
