1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbs. milk
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup crumbled or shredded bleu cheese
Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a bowl with a fork. Add the cheese and carefully fold together. Reduce the thickness by adding a small amount of extra milk.
Cover and let sit in fridge for one hour. Serve.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
